So there was a lot on tap for the 3,000 guests at Miller Brewing Company's last Annual Sales and Distributors meeting in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. So much so, the meeting was held in three venues. The General Session was in the Milwaukee Theater, and the "Miller Time Tavern" and Gala Awards Banquet were held at the Midwest Airlines Convention Center.
In the Miller Time Tavern, which was divided into eight distinct "bars" (one for each brand), an EAW 650 sound system was installed for the main stage, in addition to eight smaller sound reinforcement systems for each of the eight distinct bar areas. Included in the set up were two separate video engineering bays, three wireless and three wired studio configured cameras, video projectors, all coordinated by powerful Watchout computers.
The Miller Time Tavern featured live entertainment on two stages and even a poker tournament and videos, so it was outfitted with some of the same kind of high-end video equipment including three cameras, watchout computers, projectors, and screens used for video playback and scenic elements.

The Gala was a breathtaking affair with space arranged to comfortably fit two 22'x 72' screens, a Vertech Line Array sound reinforcement system, cameras, projectors and watchout computers.
Lighting was also a key component to this event. A total of 4000' of truss containing 250+ chain motors and 1200 conventional and moving lights was used in the Miller Time Tavern and for the Gala event.
